Hard to believe that what you're looking at is actually a 1/24 scale model, all crafted by one Michael Paul Smith.

More of his work can be seen here:

Hey Job-Rated!

It's hard to believe those photos are really all 1/24th models! They are fantastic! The only very slight giveaway are the roadways; no signs of traffic use or tyre marks at all!

Brilliant! Thanks for the link - Keith

Well, I could tell they were fake from the pic I posted - they're Fords & there aren't any oil patches beneath them... Laughing

Fabulous! Very Happy

(And if only we could have roads like that - I must be adding half a mile onto my journey into the museum each day I've got to drive around so many pot-holes.)

The photography is good, with small stuff it hard to get the depth of field. Excellent stuff.

Does he make the cars?

Yes. He makes everything you see, since little or none of it is available.
Working from period photographs, he creates entire scenes, right down to the trees & builds & paints 1:24 scale car kits to add the finishing touches.

Hello Casper,
I went to your site and was blown away by what you have there.
The vehicles are Glorious!

Due to the economy here in the USA, I am no longer in the business.
Most model shops have been closed down.
Unfortunately, the one I worked in was one of them. It's been over a
year now.
Occasionally, I will create a new building, in my apartment, but
vehicles are far to complicated without
the proper tools.

I'm honored that you wrote to me. That's quite the compliment.

Thank you again,
Michael
