|

Hi! This is my first post here. Let me introduce myself. I am 46 years old and disabled. I have retired from computer consulting and now to keep my mind busy am doing CG art. I have a fascination for old cars and bikes.
I have modeled a 1960 Bowden Bicycle
and am currently gathering reference photos for my next piece. I want to reproduce an old photo of my mother and uncle when they were children but can't identify the car they are standing in front of. I think it may be a 1923 Chevrolet Superior Series B Touring but I am not sure of that.
Thanks for taking a look at it.

Certainly looks right for a 1923 Superior. Pity the radiator badge is not clearer, it should be the Chevrolet 'bow tie', but does not look like it here. Everything else seems correct though, perhaps a Chev specialist might make a more certain identification. _________________ Dane- roverdriver but not a Viking. |

It's not a Chevy but a 1923 Overland Model 91 Touring Car.

I stand corrected Stuchamp. I was puzzled by the steel extension below the radiator, but thought it might have been a dress-up accessory. The indistinct badge is much more like an Overland too. _________________ Dane- roverdriver but not a Viking. |
