It is getting difficult to know where to search these days. I need a new distributor cap and HT leads for example; the price of the former was £7.64 on one site and the latter £55 on the same site. Go elsewhere and the cap has gone up to £20 and the leads have dropped to £22. Today, having replaced the seals on the front brakes, the master cylinder gave out. Result; £104 on one site and found it at Demon Tweeks at £46. It doesn't seem to matter what piece you need these days, you really have to search for it. Old shielded brass Smiths thermostats are for sale at a Jaguar specialist at £25 but on Ebay I got one for £2. Standard flasher units vary from £5 to £16. I could go on, but I am sure you have tales to tell as well.
