Hi
Well bar a little wiring, and charging the battery, I think the pickup is pretty close to being done!
I am not sure how long I will be holding on to it though, something else is on the horrizon would you believe! I have one interested party already, so if anyone fancies a useable truck, offers are invited! he he
Cheers

Ahh that it would, unfortunately a lack of funds and space (only got garage space for four cars, currently got nine) means I can't really
Hope it goes to a good home though _________________ Richard Hughes |

Hi
Not sure on price, it would be at home with you though, it has been living with minis, and it could go on to live with yours!

Hey BB any updates on this???
Last sunday I talked to a bloke at a local car show (will post pics later on this week of the cars participating that is not the ford) who is a bit of a hoarder of old cars and whilst looking at a model Y I mentioned e83w's and he says he's got one with a wooden back (imported as a cab and chassis at the time and the back made locally) and wouldn't mind parting with it but when I asked about price and condition, he said that it needs a bit of cash spent on it but I got really shocked when he said he'd take around Lm1800 (ie almost 3000 sterlings).
Think its too steep for an unrestored one!!!
what do you guys think? |
