Thought you may be interested in this caravan made by a friends father.
He thinks it dates back to the 1950s. But the wheels look more modern to me. Looks as if it was used as portable sandwich bar or similar. |

Looks like one of the first mobile canteens that frequent our roadsides,observing the large opening hatch in the side.
Perhaps in those days it was homemade steak and kidney pie,with veg from the village allotment,and finished off with Granny`s apple pie,not a donkey burger which is on offer now
Why are there not more homebuild`s now?
