Though this was the right place to start a new thread as the Safari is getting a bit of interest. Lots of photos..

Copied from the Safari Forum so I appologise if it repeats itself anywhere.

Photos from finding it back in 2005 to as it is now, in work mainly paintwork as it was brush painted and is a pain to get off. Also a few of the Towcars, 1966 Series 2a Land Rover and 1978 Cavalier.

I removed the rest of the bathroom wall and was happy to see it bone dry and in good condition, a couple of the metal links have rusted and broken so will repair them but its all good.

Still a bit of a mish mash kitchen though.

Hi Mick, The Safari is looking good....they're a nice looking caravan Cool

I had a Landrover at one time & my mate has owned a couple over the years - I'll have to see if I've got any pictures of them.

If you've got a Morris Marina, then I may have met you in Lincoln a couple of years ago? You don't see many of them left on the road now.

I've not spoken to your mate yet, but I did leave him a message on his voice mail. There isn't anything in particular that I need at the moment as I've broken several pre-face saloons of that model myself - just the odd estate parts that might be handy - I'll give him another call this week.

The Estate is the next one to strip, I will get him to check his messages, I know he is out and about all over the country at the moment. The Saloon has gone now.
