Hi Mick, didn't get down as I had another one of my turns on the Friday and was in bed all day Saturday and not right for travelling Sunday, glad to see it did sell but amazed at the £2000+ winning bid! Worth it though!

I to e-mailed him and complimented him on the van, its a classic caravan enthusiasts thing lol! Not at all sad! (-;

Managed to get the side frame more or less done and test fitted it. I think it fits ok, if I need to check more and make adjustments I will do. I have to move it out soon and now at least I have the side back I can move it.

Got the frame screwed to the ends today and bolted to the floor frame. All seems to line up as far as I can tell, it should as its the same shape as the outer skin. Im going to move it early next week which will give me time to losely fit the outer panels again so its a bit more as it should br when I move it.

Got the side back on today, all seems ok but let myself down, one bit was 2mm out, had to run a drill through the panels to line them up Laughing

Managed to get alternative storage for it today only 100yards away from where it is now...they just need to find the key Confused

Well here we go again...loss of storage Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

Managed to keep it inside and dry for the last year, got loads done, still lots of wood to replace but now it facing an uncertain future. I am going to have to move it to my house where it will be outside Sad Not ideal as its coming into winter Sad

I really want to finish it and give it another chance but time and money have been a problem and havent been able to make any progress for a while. I can get hold of a large tarp but it will still get water in.

Feeling quite disheartened about it now, all my work will be reversed, and still have the Safari to finish. Good thing about that one is its solid and dry even though its outside all year round.

Cheers, must admit if its at home its more likely to get worked on, would be better if I could keep it undercover until spring though, not sure how it would stand upto a snowfall like last year again Shocked

Would it be worth investing in one of these party tent thingys? Have you room for one and would a caravan fit under it.

I will have to move it by the end of the month so I have no choice really. At least it may give me the nudge to do things with it again Very Happy
