I have just paid for a very nice pilot 22 ft which I think is quite heavy and I need to get her home. She will live in my garden as an 'extension'

The fantastic looking tyres are very old and the side walls are cracked...... 7.00 x 16

I want to keep the tyres but to get her home 200 miles I need a better pair of wheels with or with out tyres.

Its that or get the tyres changed at the other end. And then back again this end!

So I am appealing to anyone who can help with advice either with the stud pattern or some spare wheels or some wheels I could rent for a day!!!!!
Or any other way of doing it?

They are 5 stud and the centre to centre measurement of the studs is 97mm. I could not measure across the PCD as the hub protrudes. The wheels are solid steel, no holes or patterns.

I think getting a pair of radials that size should be easy enough.

thank you.......... steve

Five stud 16" could well be Land Rover rims. Where are you?

Hi Emmerson........ no I was not being rude!!!!!!!

I have just been on here for the first time in weeks as I have been attending to my elderly sick mother.

I got no response to my plea for 4 weeks by which time I had worked it out for myself. Thank you for your suggestion though.
