A few notes on this classic Austin A35:
Entered by William Lynch and co-driven by Jackie Oliver is this great little Speedwell tuned Austin A35 2dr. Note the modified grille and bonnet louvres all to aid cooling to the 1293cc A series engine. Alongside is another A35.
If you can provide more info on A35s, or other Austins similar to this, please get in touch. In all there are 170 photographs featured from the 2006 revival, including competition cars, service vehicles, pushbikes, and a few interesting old motors owned by visitors to the race. To make things more manageable, they have been split into 2 sets (this Austin is in set 1).
