The title says it all.
It's between P.V.A. and Evo Stik 258. Unless you knowledgeable persons know of something better?

If you can be sure of getting it positioned right first time I would tend to go with the Evo Stik. Depending on the type of carpet good old Copydex may also be suitable, though the problem with Copydex is that it's rather smelly and the smell can linger for a while. Evo Stik won't smell once fully cured. I would tend to avoid PVA, it can cause fabrics to wrinkle as it dries and I suspect carpet may suffer with the same problem. |

Thanks Bitumen Boy,
I've priced Evo Stik at Screwfix. On the webpage it says:-
You must be over the age of 18 to purchase this product.
As I'm 68 (and look it) I think I'll still take along some form of identification just in case some Mucteow wants to play games.
Cheers, Tony. _________________ It may work in practice, but not necessarily in theory! |

I'd take some ID for sure. My dad was once asked for it to buy booze in a local supermarket, not sure how old he was at the time but definitely over 65. Even someone in the queue behind told the till girl she was being silly but it made no difference! |
