BHX No's were issued from Nov 1934 to Mar 1935.
The bike in the picture looks to be a 1932 500 cc Special Tourist Trophy Model No B14 |

Yes, it is another B14 Excelsior J.A.P.
The rider is G.R Stanley and the picture was taken in 1936.

I've added a photo of a vintage m/cycle and sidecar to the page below, can anyone confirm the bike's identity? it looks very similar to the Bradbury I think.
