After two days of hard racing at the famous Croft racing circuit in Northumberland, the Nyetimber sparkling wine corks popped; it was announced that EuropeanMotorSport's (EMS) Simon Lewis had won the Class B championship for 2005. The celebrations were enhanced by Jim Shea taking third in Class B and Howard Kirkham taking 4th in Class B.

The popularity of Jaguar Saloon racing continues to grow with more new drivers committed to racing saloons in 2006. There could be circa 30 saloons next year, this is almost twice the number of cars in the British Touring Cars (BTCC)! The Jaguar saloons continue to attract the spectators and the interest that this is generating is great news for our advertising partners. Articles and pictures of the team's cars regularly appear in many respected motor racing magazines distributed worldwide, with a readership of over 500,000 and our partners name and logos are seen all around the world.

With Bibbie Boerio Managing Director of Jaguar Cars recently attending our races, it is obvious that Jaguar Cars are paying more attention to Jaguar saloon racing. This is the closest thing that the public will see to their own types of cars racing and is a great promotion for the sale of Jaguar road cars.

EMS is now carrying the baton in Jaguar saloon racing, backed by 'Jaguar Classic Parts', part of Jaguar Cars, EMS are the most successful Jaguar racing team with numerous wins to their name. The EMS trophy cabinet continues to grow having won the overall championship, Class A twice, Class B twice and a plethora of fastest laps and pole positions.

Over the winter period the cars will undergo a substantial amount of work in order to maintain the competitive edge for 2006. We are confident that 2006 will be another successful year for our adverting partners and great fun for our thousands of supporters worldwide.

Thanks again to all of our advertising partners and supporters for helping make 2005 a great year and we look forward to seeing you at a circuit soon.

Regards,
EuropeanMotorSport
