Lea-Francis shooting brake.Sadly this photo isn't the best in the world, but as it's the only period shot I have (so far) of a Lea-Francis shooting brake, it deserved an inclusion here. Does it survive? A number do still seem to be dotted around, a similar-looking Alvis "woodie" appeared on the site forum in 2008 (link). The Leaf's registration isn't too clear - FOU 6?4 possibly. It was probably a 14hp model, built circa 1946/1947 before the headlamps were moved, integral to the front wings. | ||
