Olive drab Jeep 4x4.

Jeeps first appeared in WW2 but continued in production for years after the war had finished - civilian CJ2 models were also available post-WW2 and were similar to their military cousins (but they had a few revisions including a drop down tailgate). This looks like a pukka military version however.

The 2006 running of the Audlem Festival of Transport took place on 30th July, and was the seventh time it had been held. The Jeep 4x4 in this photograph was photographed during our day at this classic event held in Cheshire. All sorts of cars, motorcycles and tractors were on display, including a few light commercials for good measure.
