Triumph Vitesse.
Glistening in the sun was this stunning Mk2 Vitesse. Based on the 4 pot Herald the Vitesse was powered by the 6 cylinder engine lifted from contemporary saloons and of course the fastback GT6. This blue Vit was as shiny under the bonnet as it was on top.

Restored & preserved vehicles at Sandbach Festival of Transport.
Photographed here is a preserved Triumph Vitesse that took part in the vintage vehicle event held in Sandbach. Mid way through the day, there was a run around the streets of this Cheshire town, and many vehicles took part. Some boiled up on this hot sunny day, but most completed the journey without a problem.
