1965 Morris 1100.
This brochure was collected by a family member in the mid-1960s (it appears to date to early 1965), and describes in detail the once-ubiquitous BMC Morris 1100 saloon and Traveller (estate). This car was a huge seller for the BMC organisation, and sold around 2.1 million examples in all by the time of the line's ultimate demise in 1974, by which time examples built here in the UK were badged as Austin, Morris, MG, Riley, Wolseley and Vanden Plas. Some versions were quite basic, others more plush, while the MG in particular concentrated on being the performance model - a Morris 1100 Cooper in effect, although just badged as the MG 1100 (later MG 1300).
