SAAB 99 Turbo.
In the video below, two original sales brochures for the first generation SAAB 99 Turbos are featured. One is a Swedish-market publication issued in 1977, the other a UK-market example from 1978, both of which feature the original 99 Turbo based on the 3-door "Combi Coupe" bodyshell. The two-door turbos would come later.
In addition to the two brochures, a small collection of rally photographs featuring two-door 99 Turbos competing in world rally championship events is also shown, featuring drivers such as Stig Blomqvist. A period advertisement for the three-door 99 turbo is also included.
