picture in The Sun today(can't do links,sorry Embarassed ),of an accident in Corfe Castle.the Roller hit a pub after avoiding a car..looks like serious front-end damage Sad

Re-read the report, two different stories
One, he had to take avoiding action.
second, he miss judged the corner and hit the building.

next it will be it ran away up the hill and a cow jumped out in front of it.

Hi

Just to set the record straight.

From the owner, is was avoiding an idiot in a car, and the damage sustained was through striking the curb, the only bit to hit the wall was the front roll I think he said when it came to rest. No damage to building but main damage to roller was the Head stock. Quite common for the head stock to break on rollers a bit of a weak point (on most 3 point rollers).
