Lovely pups but why are they so dear, they are not pure pedigree pups after all!!
Not that I want to buy one, just out of curiosity!
I wish I could get another dog but my wife insists on saying NO!!
Sad

Not dear at all! Mine are at a fare price when you look at the prices some people charge for a Sprocker...
These are a sort after pup and make great loving pets, if not a bit hyper...

Go on you know you want one really...?
Wink Very Happy

Sorry fluffle, I did not mean to be offensive!!
Must be different in uk then cause over here in Malta people will pay such prices only for pure pedigree pups!!
Normally if I had to get a dog I'd go and rescue one from a sanctuary or shelter or SPCA, like the pointer I had for almost 17 years, got him as a 2 month old pup from the Malta SPCA and he (not it) was great!!

Your pups are really cute, I do like spaniels, infact must be cause I like hunting dogs in general, they make very good companions.

Good luck with the sale and hope all the pups go to good homes and have a long healthy life.

No offence was taken...

Believe me, some people over here see the pups, arrange a visit and then want to haggle on a price!! Shocked I send them away politely telling them to do their homework before looking for a dog.
I've seen these Sprocker pups sold for over £500 each, just because the puppy parents are working winners or champions. That’s a lot of money for a crossbreed and no paperwork, but like I said, they are a sort after pup over here. In fact the crossbreed thing is kicking off big time with Labradoodles, Springadoors and many other weird named crossbreeds. Cross breeding full pedigree dogs is the way it’s going and is the latest trend right now.
I’ve been to Malta a couple of times now and we stay at the Dolmen Resort in Bugibba and I still can’t believe how many strays there are all roaming around needing medical attention. Dogs visibly full of ticks and flees hanging around the shops and sleeping out at night under bushes. The same was with the cats with lots of strays hanging around an open cat sanctuary. My wife and I went out shopping with a woman for cat and dog food because she was feeding them all of a night time and she just couldn’t afford to feed them all, but she was happy to give them a little each of an evening. I spent nearly a hundred Euros on dog and cat food and took it all to her house of which she was very grateful and cooked for us both a very nice meal and we sat and ate with her family.
At the same time though, you see people walking their dogs and taking them to the beach and you can see that these dogs have been well looked after. It’s such a shame that there are so many that need help and don’t get that help that they need.
By the way, I’m loving Malta and we have spoken a few times now about retiring there. I keen to do this, but the wife isn’t...

Well that is the unfortunate truth infact, I love both dogs and cats (though I prefer dogs) but people are so cruel, I just do not get it why they get pups or kittens and then just abandon them in the streets. Luckily there are a lot of people who try and do their best in taking care of these strays!!
I used to buy food and collect used carpets, quilts and the like from people who were throwing them away and give them to the sanctuaries!!
Been some time now though, should start doing it again!!!!

If you ever come back to Malta let me know.
For retirement its a nice place but I bet Gozo would be even better!!
Its less chaotic and less populated (apart from summer)

Oh btw you got me on labradoodles!!
Is that a cross between a labrador and a poodle?

If yes I bet it does not look half right!!!
Awkward to say the least but I was never one to follow stupid trends either!!

very nice of you to go to all that trouble, many do not care to whom they sell the pups as long as they get the money!
