You're not seriously suggesting that restored classic cars shouldn't change hands are you? That's how it reads. As for the colour scheme, it looks OK to me.

It can read any way you want it to read but no, I'm offering my opinion that the car has a colour scheme that I strongly dislike and showing my disinclination to buy a pre-war Austin that appears to have been so fully restored.

If I had control over what people should and shouldn't do, the matter of car sales would not be on my list of concerns, nor is it in any case; each to their own.
