I saw this lovely well used Riley at a garden centre on the Welsh borders. What model is it?
Can any knowledgeable person tell me what the lever does fitted on the top of the steering column?

It's a 1933 Riley Lynx, probably a Nine.
The lever is the hand throttle control. |

Such a shame Riley got absorbed into BMC, and is not an alternative to modern Merc's & Beamers
