Can any one identify whereabouts on Station Rd the Clock Kiosk used to be.???
I have had a look on street view and can't see anything currently that gives a stranger a clue and frnacis Frith doesn't have any Westcliff photos
An approx street number or street view link would help me find the location.

I know Westcliff very well, but I don't know where the clock kiosk was, as it was before my time. I was pondering this myself actually! My guess is that the ticket kiosk at Westcliff station (on Station Road) had a clock on it at the time, and that's what's referred to.
Brian M or Keith D might know. Both have/had lived in Southend much longer than I have.
