Whilst it looks a tad ridiculous Shocked there are some safety concepts that have been since adopted on cars; energy absorbing bumpers, lights that point in the same direction as the front wheels and its using the concept of the passenger area being a "safety cage"...still don't think I would like to have a crash in one!!
