hello people..im starting to get into doing bodywork and im half way thru making my pug206gti presentable and legal having already failed an mot but there is a large hole needing welding on the drivers sill and ive been meaning to perfect my welding too so i was enquiring if anybody has an old mig welder(if thats the right type for car body welding?) that they might sell to me to learn this welding on and to get my car thru its mot finally.Even if the welder doesnt last much longer than to do the car and get some decent practise on i would be quite happy with that thankyou...

Now i know we are all suffering in the current economy but im happy to pay for what i get accordingly and obviosly for any delivery/courier but it would be an advantage if i could collect the welder maybe and get a quick run thru it so if anyone in the north east of England(Darlington based)or any where else willing to except a courier,whom has a welder they might want to sell then please let me know and i will hastely call you back...who knows this may be the start of a new career or more maybe as im very keen to have a go at this and all ready to learn the art with the help of the internet no doubt......so thankyou if anyone has a spare they dont want and just respond on this site and i will get back to you..thanks...
p.s.I do have some experience with oxyacetalene gas welding so dont panic im not a complete amateur.....haha..
