ACCEO as its known is the umbrella organisation that talks to Natural England on our behalf and through them we get our para 6 and 4 exemption certificates that allow us to camp/caravan on unlicensed ground (ie farmers fields ,rally fields etc without breaching planning regs and facing court action
They hold there national rally this year at Towcester race course at the beginning of October
and i will be there for a great weekend with my club the royale,s
will any club or member of this forum be going as there are over 200 affiliated clubs and very few attend

We used to enjoy the ACCEO rallies Christine, I was delegate for the now defunct Windrush Club for a number of years. Even back then it was hard work getting other club member's to attend as they thought that it was some sort of secret society to make caravanning more difficult whereas in reality it was totally the opposite! I dont suppose thinking has changed much over the years?

we do it posh in tux,s and the girls in long frocks we have them with us anyway so why not use them
the rest of the ralliers are in casual but we are trying to lift the tone a bit
great fun and well worth the time to keep up with the latest from our leader in Europe and Whitehall
like mots for caravans
and defras try a few years ago to stop all camping/caravaning on unlicensed sites
