My grandfather bought one of these in 1947. I remember it outperformed most similar British cars and we did many happy miles in it. Spares were a problem in those days for some reason, It once spent a month in a local garage while they tried to source a back axle part. _________________ Due to the onset of my mid eighties I'm no longer sprightly and rarely seen in my Austin special.
