its vintage, probably around early mid 50ties, its once again not a homemade , it might be dutch because of the ATAF shield although no info on the net can be found, stylewise it feels a bit french... anyone an idear?

most intreging detail to me are the black(ed) taillights does make me think it shoukld not be seen on big distance .... war?
