As a Volvo owner I am delighted that a car with the same engine as mine can go so far.

But - there was some questioning about the mileage covered by this car when it reached 2m miles and the figure now means that it has covered 238 miles every single day of every year since 2002.

That is a lot of daily miles for a non-commercial vehicle, that can't be used as a taxi!
