Here's something a little unusual, an original 14hp LeaF that lends itself to the oily rag treatment - although I'd get the headlining changed it it were mine...

Quite useable if not twin cam in the usual parlance as the vendor suggests - while there are 2 cams they are high in the block operating the valves via push rods. Very similar to the period Riley engine as the designer was Hugh Rose ex Riley. High camshaft design is the usual term I think.

Wonderful car, looking really good.

I really do like cars from around the war from small car makers. There is a 1939 Triumph New Twelve for sale locally - a genuine (non-Standard owned) Triumph, according to the owner the last one made.
Not sure if a 12HP is enough for me - what would a max cruising seed be? 50 mph? This car is partly apart and the asking price is too much so probably will pass that on.

Tempted by the 1939 Armstrong Siddeley 16HP now for sale by rjt10/4.
There's an Alvis TA14 also for sale now.... plus there's an AC 2-Litre on Ebay which is one of my favorites.
