There is one in the nearest town, Llanrwst.

It's the the earlier model, 1961, I think, with the "crinkly" grille, earlier dashboard but the same colour as this one. It's a two owner from new example owned for 40+ years by a now retired car mechanic.

And it's original and immaculate but it's "done" rather more than 21k miles -
50 ish k miles.

I used to do a regular breakdown of cars in different areas.

FN57 p.4&5 shows 10 A40s in Cheshire for example and 34 in Kent in April 1994. Wink

There is one in Margate that belongs to a lads Father who runs a 'cars for occasions', weddings etc. company

955 MV, 1960 Farina Grey with black roof MK1 is still parked in Leigh on Sea. Not many left now!
