Not been the best of year for me with my foot which still bothers me though its getting better.I only managed 2 car shows this year so the estate has just been sitting doing nothing. I almost sold it but decided against it at the last minute as I had completely lost interest but I decided at the last minute to keep it as it is my hobby. Things started to get better in October as the estate passed its MOT with no advisories. Then I got a phone call out of the blue from my past employer asking me if I fancied doing some part time work delivering car spares in East Kilbride so I jumped at it. I work 3 days a week and I am thoroughly enjoying it even though it hurts my foot. I thought I would enjoy retirement but I couldnt really adjust to it after working nearly 50 years. I never imagined I would start back work at 66 years of age but there you go
Thanks to all for their concern. I am OK but just got scunnered because of my foot.
No spelling mistakes either. Laughing Laughing Laughing Still happy as.

Hi Larry.

Pleased to hear you kept Marina, it will give you something to polish on your day's off.

Just as you were returning to work, I was retiring after attending work places for 50 years. We sold up most of our stuff and have started a new life in New Brunswick, one has to do these things whilst still young.

Regards

Peter L

Welcome back Larry, it's been quiet without you, I hope the foot improves.

Hi Larry,

By any chance is your foot problem one that feels as if you have a marble under your heel?

Peter L

That was a long haul. You were in Winnipeg before were you not. Isn't there even more snow in New Brunswick?

Welcome back Larry. Delivering parts in East Kilbride in this weather sounds 'Interesting.'
Along with me you'll probably be glad to see the back of 2013... it's been a strange year.
