| Does anyone's fuel pump make a ticking sound near the passenger door sill? |

Apparent;ly Mark Is have the pump down there.

If the audible ticking is particularly before starting I would think it is due to fuel evaporation or "fall back" between the pump and carb.
Minis used to do this.
But one of the posters on that thread has also mentioned using better rubber mountings so that the noise isn't transfered through to the metal of the body, which could amplify it. _________________ Bristols should always come in pairs.
