The reg. dates to 1935, Liverpool. I'd say it is probably a late-1934 Austin 12/4 or 12/6.

Any pre-war Austin people in the house?

Looks to me like a Light Twelve Six, but a bit earlier than 1935; probably 1933 or early 1934.
