Away from the levity of the situation, look at the type of vehicles in this mayhem,
There are 19 busses, I assume the bulk of the green cars are taxis, and numerous other vehicles seem to have a taxi sign on their roof.
And these are all professional drivers: not been to Oxford for quite a few years, is it still full of busses? _________________ KA
