After such a long time my restoration has got to the stage where all pipework is fitted, she has a new fuel tank and I have just re-wired her and all linkages etc are fitted it was time to properly try and start her.
A fully charged battery wouldn't quite throw her over quick enough so with a booster she finally swung into action! What a lovely sound, the old 6 cylinder petrol engine going and then ticking over. Its 8 years since I started restoring her and this is a huge milestone.
As you can imagine I am more than happy today. |

| I always think its one of the best feelings in a restoration when you get an engine going and running sweetly. |
