Peter,
That's what it says on the V5. I looked in my Automobile Engineer's Reference Book and curiously the first post war model listed there is the 1952 Sapphire. The '37 to '39 20/25 HP shows the capacity as 3670cc

Hi
It looks like a Hurricane to me, I suppose it could have had a later Star Sapphire engine put in it, shame the reg docs don't have engine numbers.
The later one has PS whereas the early one has AS in the chassis ID.
The early reg doc has Armstrong as make and Siddeley as the Model which is wrong so getting body type wrong might not be surprising. _________________ Bristols should always come in pairs.

| There is also a Saphire on at the moment. At lunch time it had taken 18 bids to get it to £160.00 again confirming badhuis value comment! |
