As you may know I'm the spares secretary for the Morris Register (pre war designed Morris stuff) .

I'm always on the lookout for companies who can make us stuff at relatively low volumes. We have a requirement to get an exhaust collar made; a simple steel pressing similar to this:

do any members know of a pressing facility that would make a small quantity circa 100, I'm guessing that there would be some fixed tooling costs?

What thickness of steel does it need to be? Could it be done with something like a fly press?

Could Harbrook Engineering in Burland handle it?

I do a similar job for the Jowett Car Club. I needed a similar part last year and ended up having it fabricated. As it is an exhaust part can Earl Part help? Alternatively machining from solid would probably be less expensive (for a batch of 100) than the tooling.
If anyone does know of a low cost press shop or hydroformer please let us know!

I can get a lot of sheet metal work produced on our punch/presses and we have large auto rollers etc, smaller things like this we would sub out. I'll ask around and see who does this sort of thing for us.
