Anyone able to identify this car from a picture of Maidenhead in approx 1920?

I've seen photos of similar cars before, the rad reminds me of Metallurgique possibly?

Are we looking at a V shape radiator or is it flat with shadows?

I has a V-shaped radiator, and as Rick identified, it's a 1920-21 Metallurgique 12/15HP.
