I'm looking for some information regarding my caravan which i believe was built around the 1950's. some people have said it has a bluebird chassis but that's all i know. I'm not able to add photo's to this forum but would appreciate any response and would happily send any photo's.

Please e mail tomlong@post.com

Thanks

Here are Old Camper's pics

The reason he couldn't post to the forum is that each picture was 150cm x 80cm - image size reduction in any photo package was all that was required.

I had a look through my photo collection and can't find anything like it.

Hello!

I thought your caravan might be a Bluebird initially, perhaps a Bluebird Rambler, but then I began to wonder if it was a Thomson. Thomson, in the 1950's, made caravans with pitched roofs.

Whatever make it turns out to be, it looks lovely.

Best wishes,

Barry.

Great little caravan, but do you have to tow it with that bicycle?

This is the Bluebird from Retro rides

Some similarities, but the roof doesn't overhang in the same way as OldCamper's does.

I meant to post a link to them because, as you say, they are an incredible historic record.
