Hey I know the answer!

It is a mobile coffee bar promoting the Marzocco coffee machines, made in Firenze (Florence) since 1927.

La Marzocco Firenze
Siamo nel 1927 e nasce l'officina "Flli Bambi" che scelgono come simbolo del loro marchio un leone seduto con lo stemma dell'Iris di Firenze sinonimo di vittoria e conquista, e prese il nome " La Marzocco".
Grande marchio storico di qualità made in italy.

What a stylish vehicle Cool could it be based on one of these Alfa Romeo light commercials? look at the suicide doors and its raised ridge....

think you might be onto something there bigstraight6, the shape of the door, with the 1/4 light etc seems to tie in very well
