Imagine trying to transport that, stripping it to manageable sections I presume?

Yep there are companies around who could do just that, dismantle it into manageable(ish) chunks then transport by road ... at a cost. If I had the space and money ....

Might have had room for a Vauxhall Victor but this is a whole different ball game. You're going to need a hell of a garage to fit that in....

In 2015 I was at Cosford when a VC10, or rather a significant chunk of it, made its somewhat un-glamorous arrival on the back of a low-loader.

Anyway of saving it will be good, having a high profile person interested also highlights the plight in the press etc. _________________ 1937 Ford 7w
