G'day all
I have a very old JAP V twin engined Chater Lea, I intend to have it dated next year by the Sunbeam Club but in the meantime I would like to send out a plea for anyone who has or knows of any spares whatsoever for this engine. I have just finished a week long rally on the old girl and I am always worried in case something goes in the motor.
It is a 720 Automatic Inlet Valve V twin.....I think it is the oldest in going order....do you know of another at all?
Does anyone have any literature on very early JAP's....I would be happy to purchase or swap something for it.....even photos would be of interest.

Thanks for that.....I tried!
Hopefully I have place a slide show in this time....not sure if this site will stand it.
The photos were taken at the recent 6th National Veteran Motorcycle Rally held in Northern Tasmania last Sep/Oct....a great week long rally in pouring rain!
