Purchased an Austin A35 van of 1961 vintage, all in good order except for one issue which I would like to address, but need some help please.
When I fill up with petrol the connection rubber pipe between petrol filler and tank leaks a little fuel. It is original and past its sell by date being badly cracked. I need to resolve the problem but it seems the part I need is obsolete.
The pipe has a oval shaped end which fits onto the top of the tank and effectively seals the tank, The pipe itself measures 50mm internal diameter and is about 18-20cm long. Any suggestions or leads Gratefully recieved. |

Visit "Demon Tweaks". Put in "Neck filler hose".
They have 51mm /2" diameter. Length up to 1000mm.
Did the job on my A40 pickup. |
