Belfast Registration 32-35. Is there an ID for the location?
The grill doesn't seem to fit with the ones I saw at the M/cycle museum or those on the BSA car owners Club
The split radiator shell with odd shaping at the bottom and large round badge at the top also the exhaust appearing to come from the top of the bonnet at the front might be diagnostic.

I would suggest what we have is a modified Morgan three wheeler. Clues are rake of the faux radiator shell, sliding pillar suspension and hub caps.

The body looks to have been modified.

That would certainly explain the exhaust pipe run, as well.

Yes, behind the fake Rad shell was a V twin with an exhaust taken down each side of the car.
