£565 for that Austin! That's crazy, you wouldn't even be able to move that.

The pedal on the starting handle makes me laugh. If it kicked back you'd be over the nearest hedge.

Y'know, every day I check the pre-1970 newly listed items in ebay classic cars, I also put in 'Austin Somerset' in the search facility, and yet I've seen neither this or the Vauxhall Wyvern that you posted on another thread. Mad

It makes me wonder how many others I've missed? Rolling Eyes

well that Summerset wouldn't have shown up in any 'Somerset' search, as nowhere in the ad does he spell the name correctly Smile

but I know what you mean about searches, I get the feeling not everything comes back that should do, when you do a given search, although I've never tested this theory properly
