Evening All,

While in the process of sorting out the wiring on Truman's, I decided to colour in the wiring diagram. It seems to work! I've shrunk it down on here, but have a full size JPEG of it if anyone wants it.

Truman, am I correct in thinking that on the voltage regulator, the terminals are marked, from the bottom of the diagram up: A, A1, F, D, E? And on the dynamo wire 29 is connected to the F terminal, and 25 to the D? Just seeing how much I can remember!!

I wish the my Lincolns wiring diagram was as easy to read as that yours! That no less than 34 A3 sides!

Incidentally, have you noticed that there is only 1 earth (the battery) marked out?

The restoration is moving at quite a pace - well done. I've just collected a load of repair panels from Iain Mackenzie at the Malvern show, so time now for some serious surgery to VUW 238. Your instrument panel is looking brand new, I managed to find a spare at the Glamis show earlier this year but it's got a cut out for an indicator switch. The indicator switch on VUW 238 is mounted remote from the instrument panel below the quarterlight (same switch as is used on the A30). The pictures are excellent, what's the secret of uploading images to the site?

Thanks for the kind words... here's how I do it:

Go to www.photobucket.com and create yourself an account. Upload some photos to it, and when you do this you will see url img and something else filepaths. In your message on this site paste in the img filepath.

You can check whether or not they upload by clicking the 'preview' button underneath.

Look for ward to seeing your van...
