				| Yes it's true, they have a policy that if you win 3 times you are barred. I can go to the show next year but nobody can vote for Tilly.
Great day with only a couple of light showers and a good turn out of around 200 cars

				| Nice photo's P2 especially the rare Mk I Consul estate - I have never seen an estate version before! I wonder what the grey paint is that is on his air filter and rocker box? That's the exact shade I need for some of my 2cv parts!

I see this car at a few shows through out the summer, next time I will ask him the colour.

The estate is beautiful, shame about the wheels

				| I must have spoken to you on Sunday when I was up at the Rovers filming them. Did you not take any pictures of the 71 marina? You can see the marina line up in one of your pictures though so I will let you off. It was a good show but there were too many modern cars at it.I will put the video on Dailymotion later. What about the Consul painted with white (looks like Dulux)he had painted over the chrome as well. what a mess eh?. If you are at Balado next week or Bridge of Allan I will come and say hello.............Larry

				| The Consul Estate looks great, first Consul I've seen like that. Reminds me of the Vauxhall Friary ? conversions of the 50s. Perhaps they did the same conversion on Fords, anyone know? | |

				| Hi Larry,
There usually are lots of modern cars at this show, it is local for me and the first event of the year so I always go along. It's also a good chance to see a lot of the guys for the first time since last season and catch up with some gossip.

Sorry I never posted a picture of the Marina. The view of yours was taken through the windscreen of Georges Alfa which is stunning. I saw the Alfa 3 years ago at this venue for the first time and I have to admit it blew me away. The light was not good yesterday for pictures, they seem to be a bit dark

I should be going to Bridge of Allan but not sure if I can get out of work commitments. I really do want to go to this show as I am supposed to be assisting with the judging this year.

Look forward to the video, sorrry we never had a chat

Anyhow just to redress my error how about this

				| Thats just made my day. I have just come in after changing the petrol tank. Knackered I am...lying on the runway isnt the best. However its an easy tank to change. _________________

				| Hi I am fairly certain that the Ford estate conversions were by Abbotts of Farnham.

Is that grey/beige colour the one known as Bristol Fawn?
