Following on from this pic I put in the A55 thread
And something peter scott mentioned about doctoring an image to insert your own car into a scene .. his SS Jaguar:
I had a quick first go at something similar, in this case, my A40 leading a 30s Alfa on a hillclimb stage. The trickiest part is finding a photo of your own car at the right angle to fit into a vintage scene, and then you have to try and get the colour shades & light somewhere close too. My humble first attempt

Not bad although the edges are a bit stark, there is a tool called "smudge" this blends the edges slightly to look more natural
Dont forget the surrounding area too like exhaust or dust even tracks in the ground make it appear like it was there _________________ www.OldFrenchCars.com

Yes angles and lighting are so subtle. I like the hill climb but somehow the Devon in the town setting looks a little bit like a big black rabbit that's just hopped into the scene. (Not a Golf.)
