Well it's Wild Indians night (W.I.)
The memsahib's turn to hold the commitee meeting at 'Chez Pigtin'.
The drive is choked with expensive cars and there is unseemly hilarity coming from the conservatory. I have been banished to the spare room where I'm beavering away at my 'Magnum opus' (another one).
I can feel an attack of writers block coming on... and a dreadful thirst.
The 'Huntsman and Horn' beckons and I shall try to slip out without being noticed.
Wish me luck |
