Hi all

Thought I'd tell you my first car was Ford Poplar 100e, followed by a Hillman Californian, Volvo 345, followed by a Rover 600 which I still have and then the Volvo 262C.

Hi Jen

The Californian is quite a rare bird now isn't it - how long did you run yours for?

Hi Rick

I paid £99 for it and it lasted 3 years, it was a great run around. I then got a rover 200 series a C Reg which I left out of my list. My Dad was a rover fanatic although the first car he had was a Standard 8, he then to my recollection had a Rover 75 and a Rover 90 and Rover Coupe (two tone colour. He had all three at the same time, done them up a sold them. In later years he had a Rover 2000 TC, followed by a change to Volvo's as the TC caused him quite a bit of trouble and put him off I think.
